Books & Babies for Walkers

Develop baby's pre-literacy skills as well as physical, social, and mental development. This storytime introduces a love for books, song, movement, rhythm and rhyme. Improve motor, sensory and social skills during free play time, which also provides an opportunity for both babies and parents to socialize. Books & Babies is also about parents as you bond and learn with baby as well as meet other parents in the community.

This program is for babies up to 18 months old, with a parent or caregiver, and lasts 25-30 minutes.

Toddler Tales Storytime

These 30 minute programs introduce age-appropriate books and stories. We also incorporate action rhymes, songs, and movement to help support your toddler’s developing literacy in fun and exciting ways. This program is suggested for toddlers, ages 18-36 months, with a caregiver. Advance registration is not required for this program.

Preschool Pals Storytime

Storybook STEM

WE HAVE WORMS! Wriggle on over to The Post Road Library for a hands-on STEM program inspired by the hilarious Diary of a Worm by Doreen Cronin. We’ll explore worm anatomy, learn about composting, and make our own mini compost bins to take home. Tuesday, April 10 at 4:30 for Grades K-5. No registration required. Space is limited so please arrive early.

Manga Club for Tweens and Teens

Do you love anime? Are you a manga fanatic? Have you always wanted to go to Japan? Join us for Manga Club, a monthly meeting where you can discuss your favorite manga, anime, and enjoy fun crafts and activities!

Are you stressed out with school, activities, or life in general? Fear not, for Manga Club is coming to the rescue! In this month’s program, we’ll learn about how people in Japan handle stress, discuss stressful manga, make manga character stress balls, and much more!
