Toddler Tales Storytime

These 40 minute programs introduce age-appropriate books and stories. We also incorporate action rhymes, songs, and movement to help support your toddler’s developing literacy in fun and exciting ways. This program is suggested for toddlers, ages 18-36 months, with a caregiver. Advance registration is not required for this program.

Books & Babies for Walkers

Develop baby's pre-literacy skills as well as physical, social, and mental development. This storytime introduces a love for books, song, movement, rhythm and rhyme. Improve motor, sensory and social skills during free play time, which also provides an opportunity for both babies and parents to socialize. Books & Babies is also about parents as you bond and learn with baby as well as meet other parents in the community.
This program is for babies up to 24 months old, with a parent or caregiver, and lasts 20-30 minutes.
No registration required.

Toastmasters Speechcraft Workshop

Speechcraft is a workshop designed to help you develop communication and leadership skills to improve your professional growth. This eight-session program will help you gain confidence in communication styles including writing and delivering speeches, impromptu speaking, the use of audiovisual aids and body language and effective listening.

This program is intended for adults. Attendance is very limited. Each attendee agrees to attend all eight sessions. Sessions take place at 6:30 p.m. on the following dates: 3/8, 3/15, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, and 5/3.

Advance Registration is required. Register for the entire series by signing up for the March 8th class.
