Forsyth Digs Earth Day with the Master Gardeners

Tour the Secret Garden at the Cumming Library with a Master Gardener to learn about drought tolerant shade plants and get tips on selecting the right plant for the right place in your landscape. Participants can also plant herbs to take home or take part in a scavenger hunt. All ages welcome. No registration required.

Learn how to help provide food and shelter for pollinators in your backyard! Today we will plant seedlings in our community garden with pollinator and people-friendly foods! Enjoy the spring air and help kick-start our new community garden!

Please note: This program will take place in the Hampton Park Library’s community garden. We will be working outside and in the dirt. Garden appropriate attire is advised (hats, sunscreen, gloves, etc.).
