Books & Babies for Walkers

Develop baby's pre-literacy skills as well as physical, social, and mental development. This storytime introduces a love for books, song, movement, rhythm and rhyme. Improve motor, sensory and social skills during free play time, which also provides an opportunity for both babies and parents to socialize. Books & Babies is also about parents as you bond and learn with baby as well as meet other parents in the community.

This program is for babies up to 24 months old, with a parent or caregiver, and lasts 20-30 minutes.

Bright Builders Summer Storytime

These 30 minute programs introduce age-appropriate books and stories and also include music, puppet shows, and movement.

This program is suggested for children ages 2-5, with a caregiver. Advance registration is not required.

Amazing Architects Summer Storytime

These 30 minute programs are designed to promote language, listening, and reading skills by offering vocabulary development, experiences with a variety of literature, and participation in language-related activities. These programs will feature slightly longer books, music, puppet shows, and movement. We'll focus on a different theme each week as we read to the goal!

This program is suggested for children ages 4-8, with a caregiver. Advance registration is not required.

Summer STEAM Team

These hands-on programs will integrate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in fun and exciting ways! Lasting 45-60 minutes, these programs are ideal for budding scientists who want to try some experiments of their own. This program is suggested for children 8-11 years old. Registration is not required, but space is limited. Please arrive early for a ticket.

Family Ukulele Concert with Julie Austin

Did you know that “ukulele” means “jumping flea” in Hawaiian? Learn this and more at the family ukulele concert with Julie Austin!

All ages are welcome to attend this family program.
Know Before You Go: The Family Ukulele Concert does not require advance registration and admission will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to guarantee your place. We will issue tickets to patrons in line 30 minutes before the program begins.
