Curious Moon Puppets

Join Curious Moon Puppets to learn about machines as puppet dog Skeeter gets control of the show! Alex Ant’s Mom goes to work, leaving Alex and Skeeter to do all the chores. It’s going to take forever! Fortunately, the Ask Mrs. Wizard Show comes to the rescue, giving Skeeter all the info about Simple Machines that he needs to make the work easier. But, wait, Skeeter! You’re wrecking the house trying to build that crazy contraption! This fun-filled science-based show culminates with Skeeter’s Rube Goldberg-inspired machine in action. No registration required. For all ages. No registration required. Space is limited. Please arrive early.

Books & Babies for Walkers

Develop baby's pre-literacy skills as well as physical, social, and mental development. This storytime introduces a love for books, song, movement, rhythm and rhyme. Improve motor, sensory and social skills during free play time, which also provides an opportunity for both babies and parents to socialize. Books & Babies is also about parents as you bond and learn with baby as well as meet other parents in the community.
This program is for babies up to 24 months old, with a parent or caregiver, and lasts 20-30 minutes.
No registration required.

American Girl Historical Book Club

Bring your American Girl doll to this book club which will feature several of the characters in the historical American Girl series. Participants will learn more about the history and pop culture of the time periods in which each girl is featured. Different girls will be featured each week. We’ll also try our hand at games and activities from the past with special crafts that you can make for your doll. This week's book is No Ordinary Sound.

For ages 7 and up. No registration required, but space is limited. Please arrive early and obtain a ticket.

Teen Night @ Cumming

Teens! Join us on Monday nights this summer for fun at the library! This week is "I've Got Your Back" game night! Come and enjoy a variety of co-op games while making new friends. Everyone is playing against the game, designing a cooperative strategy to win. Games such as Flash Point, Harry Potter Hogwarts Battle and Pandemic will be featured. All teen programs are for grades 6-12 only. No registration required.
