Public Meeting Rooms

Each branch has a public meeting room that can accommodate approximately 90 people or be divided in half for smaller groups. A variety of audiovisual and projection equipment may be used.

The primary purpose of the meeting rooms is to provide appropriate space for library meetings and programs to support and promote the library's mission. However, when the rooms are not being used for library programs or activities, community groups and organizations may request the use of the rooms for non-commercial meetings or programs. Any group's use of the meeting rooms does not constitute the library's endorsement of that group's credentials, policies, or beliefs. Prior to requesting meeting room space, please review the Meeting Room Use Policy and Solicitations for Charity or Support Policy.
