Fiber Arts and Friends

Fiber arts includes knitting, crocheting, sewing, needlepoint, and any other activity that uses fiber or fabric. Bring your current project or simply grab your needles, yarn, hook, spinning wheel, and patterns to join in the fiber arts fun. This program is for adults.

A Colorful Storytime with Esteban, from The Day The Crayons Quit.

A 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Storytime Join us for some of our favorite stories and songs while we learn together about the benefits of reading to your child! We'll also learn about the statewide initiative, 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten, which will help your child be reading-ready before starting school. And to top things off, we'll have crafts and a visit from special guest – Esteban, the Green Crayon, from The Day the Crayons Quit. This program is suggested for all ages. No registration required.

Giant Games Day!

Paws to Read

For grades kindergarten and up. Paws to Read gives patrons of all ages an opportunity to read and relax with a certified therapy dog while improving literacy skills. Participants sign up at the door for 15-minute sessions. Advance registration is not required.
