Making it Count for Birds with Citizen Science presented by the Atlanta Audubon Society

Birds are everywhere, and they are fascinating to watch. By going a step further and reporting our sightings to citizen science databases like eBird, we can help scientists protect birds and their habitats. The eBird community gathers more than 100 million bird sightings each year from bird-watching enthusiasts. Collectively, these sightings are now empowering a global scientific community and helping answer pressing conservation questions. In addition, eBird is a powerful tool that helps birders not only keep track of their sightings, but find more birds, too!
