Forsyth Creates: Fascinator Hat

An Adult Craft Program at Hampton Park Library

Come to the Hampton Park Library to make a fascinator hat! We are going to make lovely hats with ribbons and flowers to be ready for any tea parties that come our way. All supplies are provided and no experience is needed.

This event is a part of Forsyth Creates, a library program that gives adults the opportunity to make hands-on projects that connect them with other creative members of their community.
