Yoshie Brandt from the Konnichiwa Club of Atlanta will speak about Japanese culture and demonstrate the Japanese art of fabric wrapping with furoshiki. Registered participants will receive a furoshiki keepsake at the end of the program.

Our Furoshiki Fabric Wrapping program is part of FCPL's Asian Pacific American Heritage series. This program is for adults. Registration is required.

The Konnichiwa Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing Japanese culture to people in Atlanta. In Japanese, "Konnichiwa" means "hello." It is a common word used during first time introductions and expresses the essence of the group.
