Cookie artist Elizebeth Tong will demonstrate how she uses royal icing to create incredible designs and brings cookie decorating to a whole new level. Participants will be given the chance to decorate their own cookie and practice the techniques shared in this class. This program is for adults only. Please arrive early, as space is limited.
About the Presenter: Elizebeth Tong graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with degrees in metalworking and jewelry design. A true creative genius, she has done everything from sewing historically-accurate period costumes, to running a henna booth at various events, to decorating cookies for her own home-based business. Elizebeth currently enjoys playing principal bassoon in the Athens Symphony Orchestra, Quintet Athens, and the Lawrenceville Symphony Orchestra.
