The Master Gardeners will present a 4-week long series to learn how to successfully plant and grow spring veggies.

  • March 10 - “Just Dig It” - Learn how to test the soil, prepare the ground, and choose the best place for your garden.
  • March 17 - “Growing Together: Companion Planting” - Learn what plants grow best together in raised beds, pots, or the soil. There will also be some information about transplants and seeds. 
  • March 24 - “What’s Bugging You?” - Learn the basics of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), plants that are resistant to pest and disease, and weed control ideas. 
  • March 31 - “You Reap What You Sow” - Learn when and how to harvest!
