This week’s topic is War Crimes presented by Dr. John Romero a historian of Modern Russia and the Soviet Union at the University of North Georgia. He received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University and is a research affiliate of the Russian Studies Workshop at Indiana University. Dr. Romero is a specialist of Russia's ethnic and racial diversity and he is currently working on a book about the history of the Volga Tatars, contemporary Russia's largest ethnic minority group.
