About the Presenter: In 2017, Sarah stumbled into the world of costuming with a borrowed sewing machine and a determination to look like a Starfleet Captain for DragonCon. Since then, she has invested 1,600 hours in cosplay. She has made sixteen costumes for herself, and four for her sister. She has won six awards at craftsmanship competitions. Her greatest accolade was a prize for Best in Show at Atlanta Comic Con for her Ahsoka Tano costume, a project which took over 200 hours to complete. She is an active member in the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion, which are the internationally-recognized Star Wars costuming clubs.
